Status of pending civil or criminal cases (if applicable)

Exchange of messages with the Bank representative
CCTV footage during OTC and ATM transactions.
Other information collected to push-through your initiated transaction If deemed relevant, PABank may request further information from regulatory, judicial, tax authorities, and/or credit bureaus.
We use your personal information for the following:
Account opening, continuous monitoring and account closing
Communication (e.g.phone call)
Basis for approval of customer’s transaction request
Conduct of credit investigation and background check
Perform customer risk profiling
Internal purposes
Compliance with requirements set by the government particularly the BSP and PDIC.

Race, ethnic origin, marital status, age, color, and religious, philosophical or political affiliations
Health, education, genetic or sexual life of a person
TIN, SSS/GSIS number, health records, license, tax returns, among others
